Have you ever felt like life is moving so fast that your brain didn’t get the memo? Your emails are piling up, your phone won’t stop buzzing, and somehow even standing still feels like a luxury? I’ve honestly been there more times than I can count...and let me tell you, it’s sooo exhausting.
That’s why I started doing a three-minute daily reset. Just three minutes, no apps, no fancy tools, just a tiny pause to remind myself I’m still in charge. Here’s my go-to 3- minute daily reset to boost focus and calm: close your eyes, take five deep breaths, roll your shoulders, stretch your neck, and think of one small thing you’re grateful for. Done.
It sounds too simple and a little bit silly right? But get this: it works! Those three minutes make the chaos feel quieter, your mind sharper, and your mood just… lighter. It’s like hitting the mental refresh button without leaving your desk.
So, here’s the challenge: today, carve out three minutes for yourself. The world keeps spinning, but at least you get to spin with it instead of letting it spin you out. Trust me...your brain will thank you.
